      Seemed like a great company to work for but . . .

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, got a nice bonus, got a nice raise, got all 5s (highest) on my evaluation . . . Company events were nice, great food.

      Cons

      But Panum will thrown its employees under the bus if the government entity wants. In my unit, Panum sent in contractor after contractor and none lasted long (through no fault of their own). Some only lasted a few months. If push comes to shove and Panum must choose between making money and defending its people, Panum will choose the $$$.

      Pros

      Depending on where you are - what contract you're on - your experience will vary. Life at Corporate is a nightmare.

      Cons

      Negative and abusive culture. Corporate office is a revolving door. The president, Vijay Mishra, seems to thrive on making people's life miserable. He is a bully and a walking HR violation.

      Flexible schedule, quick and easy employment offer negotiation

      Cons

      Horrible management - clearly disorganized with incompetent HR and business managers; dishonest business practices and dealing with client; disrespectful to employees and clients alike; unstable business operations; inability to maintain contracts - fired for inability to deliver as promised; bait-and-switch of unqualified staff for resources promised in the proposal
