Pros: great coworkers, supportive management, good money, flexible schedule.

Cons

Cons: every workplace has downsides, but overall, it’s a good place to work. The biggest challenge would be the occasional difficult guest; the one who isn’t pleased no matter how many hoops you jump through. However, most of the people are wonderful, especially our regular guests, and the grumps are infrequent.
