      Pros

      Variety of work and the passion everyone, leadership and teammates, have to design and build awesome products. Teams focus on building the right solution for users and for clients. In general everyone who works there is great and the team structure means relationships can development and strengthen over time.

      Cons

      Lots of projects means you do have to be able to context switch and work on multiple projects at once. Scale of projects however is larger, so there is more focused time than at a typical agency.

      Pros

      Supportive group, from management to each and every contributor. Love the remote-first option. PL is clear about its vision and transparent about the numbers. The evolution from website to software is the number one reason I'm excited to be here.

      Cons

      Could embrace newer technologies more quickly. Could provide more time for professional development.

      Pros

      Reduced working hours Strong work / life balance Good opportunities for growth (often promotes from within) Loads of support from management and other team members Lots of really intelligent and talented people work here Projects are interesting and have a lot of variety Large focus on getting better / progressing as a company

      Cons

      Working with clients is tough. They have a lot of variable demands that need to be worked around but this will be similar at any agency.
