      Pros

      Pay isn't too bad, if you don't mind home middle of week.

      Cons

      They lied to me from the start, looking for local work due to chronically ill wife. Convinced me to take Regional until local "opened up." Well, 10 months later, after seeing numerous openings on their site for local jobs and given every excuse in the book, I was out of there. And for those of you new to driving, home every week DOES NOT mean weekends. I've been doing this 15 yrs, never been blatantly lied to like this, even about health care co-pays and deductibles. They are through the roof.

      Friendly and caring staff in Corporate office.

      Cons

      Equipment isn't the best, at least for new drivers with the company. I was assigned a vehicle that is 5 years old, over 500,00 miles. Wasn't inspected prior to assignment and had issues from day one. Truck was down for over a week after my first dispatched run.
