      Pros

      Salary comes on time. Entice fresher by offering great compensation.

      Cons

      1. Paperpedia is one big Scam. It is a china based company with capital mindset(thinking Indians as their slaves). 2. Unethical practices of making employees work till wee hours. The work company is into is itself unethical. 3. Hiring and firing through out the year. 3.The company does not believe in investing in their resources in training and no proper training is imparted. 4. Employees are treated like machines. 5. Screwed up management. CEO calls the shots for every single thing. dept. heads are USELESS. 6.There is no HR in the company ! 1 resource who is purely into sourcing. PS - all the good reviews are fake

      Pathetic place for freshers. No Training.No job security.

      Pros

      You will get a Mac book air. A salary package of 5 lacs as a fresher.

      Cons

      1.No proper training just start working from the first day and if you failed in the task you will be fired.They proudly announce they have hire and fire policy. You can be fired anytime. 2 Work is quite unethical as you are suppose to write academic assignments for the chinese students who are studying abroad. Its like Munna Bhai MBBS. 3.work life is 24*7. You can't sleep at night if you get a revision from your manager you have to submit it no matter its 2am. 4.You have to do the tasks which are not even from your background. You get assignments from IT, Law, psychology etc. Etc. and you won't get any training to handle these assignments. 5.If you want to imbalance your life you can try for this company. Only good thing you get is a Macbook Air.

Everyone has the right to choose to work extra and earn more variables or they can choose to complete only the target.       Unethical work under name of Educational Consultancy

      Pros

      The one and only one advantage of working here is the pay. And that seems correct as one has to pay more to get unethical works to be done.

      Cons

      * A Chinese organization totally dedicated to serving only Chinese people, forget whatever is written on their website. * Zero Industry exposure in your area of specialization. * Hire and fire policy * Zero job security * Zero work-life balance * No future career prospects * Have to give term examinations/tests on behalf of Chinese students studying in foreign universities. You have to make them cheat and pass, this is the core job responsibility, which will not be mentioned in your JD. * I won't suggest it to anyone as a long-term full-time career just for money.
