Pros
I really like the competitive & performance driven atmosphere for the Load Planner position. I receive a competitive salary but I'm also given daily incentives for more money based on revenue, profit, # of loads booked, etc... It's a win/win for the company and I when I do well. Owners & management buy lunches several times a week!
Cons
The fast pace environment isn't for everyone. The company specializes in time-critical/expedite freight.

- Fast paced business, work day goes by quickly - Management truly recognizes and rewards quality work; opportunity for advancement - Weekly pay, direct deposit, benefits, 401k - Lots of help available among co-workers, people will cross train and share duties - Growing company looking to expand - Fun and relaxed work environment
Cons
- Very fast paced job, employees who do well tend to have a very quick learning curve, great computer navigation skills, and good phone skills.
