      The team helps you grow as they grow. You will learn something new almost everyday. Top to bottom there is buy-in in the company goal and vision. The management is one of the best I’ve ever that honor of working for.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Parachute due to the people I work with. The company is supportive of their team and tries to create a collaborative environment where everyone feels part of the team. I have always felt encouraged, thanks to the leadership's dedication to continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture. It is smaller than other employers I have worked for, but it has been a positive change for me.

      Sometimes the to-do list gets a little long.
