      Great culture and smart colleagues, but poor leadership

      Pros

      Interesting industry, some extremely smart people on the team, and generally fantastic company culture.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership, too many bad strategic mistakes along the way, tons of customer churn killed the company's reputation in a close-knit industry where people talk to each other

      Pros

      A lot of space for growth, quick to recognize employees, fair salaries, unlimited PTO (for real) and a lot more :) There's not a single week where I feel like there is not something useful I could be doing. Dream place for people that want to be constantly chasing some big objective.

      Cons

      A lotttt of stuff to do. This is a pro for me, and being honest, if it is a con for you, I'd say you shouldn't apply.
