      may be I shud think if they have any

      no proper work allocation, no proper facilities provided, forced to work on pirated windows OS under a political .net lead who is a senior in this companny, proj mgmt team is poor, delivery is bad to clients, resources r used fr multiple projectss without info in advance, lot of telugu speaking ppl in client discussions/meetings, no professionals seen, bad work culture, appraisals r only for favored ppl seen in 2013 hikes, regionalism/casteims prevails here,

      My first bad experience in IT Industry

      Pros

      Here we are flexible to work on any technology which is very important for employees to improve their technical skills.

      Cons

      1)no Proper internet facility 2)No proper employee workstations available 3)No salary credited on month ends. only after 6th or 7th day of the month 4)No space in cafeteria to have food 5)Parking is very big problem here for 2 wheeler and no parking for 4 wheeler.
