      Centrally located close to major expressways

      Cons

      Low or no pay, unethical owner, nepotism is standard practice, culture is a travesty, they claim to care for patients and staff and “do the right thing - for the right reason” while they cheat, falsify documentation and commit fraud. If you are a licensed professional and value your license; then don’t put it at risk by working for Paradigm Living Concepts.

      Pros

      Paradigm has figured it out. They truly are the employer of choice. I have worked for several other organizations where the culture has low engagement, negativity, and poor team morale. It is a night and day difference at Paradigm. Employees actually enjoy coming to work, seeing their teammates, and making a difference in the community. It is a great feeling to love what you do!
