Pros

None. They think they give you all the support you need but when you ask for help, you get yelled at by the owner and his wife.

Cons

It’s a toxic culture. Everyone works with their heads down as they are scared of being yelled at. They do not respect work life balance and the owner and his wife expect you to work 24/7.

Pros

Good Development Company but poor hotel operators. Corporate Director of Hotel Operations - nice guy but won't defend employees

Cons

Owner is rude and disrespectful to employees. Toxic corporate office, hostile work environment. Takes short cuts on fixing guest issues in their hotels. Skimp on doing what's right for guests. Allows family members to do whatever they want with no accountability. HR manages the hotels with camera installed in lobby and back office with audio. Does not like to invest money into fixing guest issues. Does not care about balance, makes you work until you quit. Maintains a "what have you done for me lately" culture. Patronizing and Condescending to its employees. HR will NEVER be on your side. Double standards for men vs women. Believes in ruling with iron fist and does not care about employees.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is that they do not have that many hotels in their portfolio, so chances are you will never have to work for them.

Cons

Just do yourself a favor. If you are on this site looking at this: Run. Run far, far away and do not look back. Just read the other feedback on this site! As crazy as it sounds, people were being nice and held back. Truly the absolute worst company I have worked for. I was fortunate enough not to be with them too long and saw the writing on the wall and took a quick exit. The ownership family and their team does not know the first thing about hospitality which is kind of is unfortunate for a hospitality company not to know. Lies, unethical behavior and backstabbing are common forms of communication. Their products are understaffed, not well taken care of and a poor representation of the brands that they represent. Not sure why Hilton and others allow them to be a franchise. If there is a corner to be cut, consider it done! It is honestly like they looked at their hotels and said “Hey, what can we do to make this the worst environment possible for our guests as well as our staff, and let’s do even worse!”. Just not nice people.
