Pros

*The office is very quiet, some might say too quiet, as there really isn't much interaction with others. *You have the ability to work from home. *A lot of growth in the future. *They are starting to move to a project management platform which will help with workflow.

Cons

*Lack of support from managers. My department didn't have weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings with the manager. Which leads to no positive or constructive feedback on how you are doing or what you can improve upon. Other departments did have regular meetings. *Not many processes are in place for the growth they are coming up on. It is a very start-up feel. *Training is less to be desired; you are often told to "figure it out." *Lack of Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). *Not a friendly/fun culture; heads down with little interactions or office activities. *Leadership doesn't have a sense of urgency and will wait until past critical due dates on projects and blame others when it doesn't turn out as planned. *Lack of grace and kindness. *You will be told the leadership they don't like something but no other feedback. You are left to guess what they might like and continue this guessing game until one person likes it.

Stressful environment

Pros

Remote and office coworkers are ready and willing to help. Very friendly coworkers. Great work-life balance. Good dental and vision insurance. Good pay.

Cons

VP makes it a hostile environment. You will be constantly told to utilize leadership and then be reprimanded for asking questions. Make a mistake, reprimanded. Everyone is scared to ask for help because you never know when you will get in trouble. Your coworkers and even supervisors are willing to help you and each other, but 'leadership' does not foster a team or friendly environment. You will start and end your day with anxiety because of management. They will have you questioning whether or not it is worth working there.
