Ah!!Many things to say. Just to start with, All the good comments mentioned on this site are done by the management themselves. Employees are treated badly. Abusive language is just a common thing in paradigm. Management likes people who do politics, and licking. They themself support such people. Bonus were given as penny but not as per the expectation. Only 1/4 of the bonus were given Dont know on what basis they gave. Only survival in this company is you have to play politics and dirty games. This is what Paradigm is. CRM team is the worst team. Actually the heads are worst. Egostic management. Its not a company its bunch of people running family business. If you want to spoil your career and just want to be a part of dirty games. Than only join this company.

Worst, disgusting and poor management. Full of politics. Only people who can survive is who can do gossips and do licking of management( sorry for using this words but its true). Hardworking, Smart working people may not survive in this company for long term. I have spoiled my career Took a wrong decssion by joining this company. Senior are more interested in employess gossips and what they do whole day. They sit on their chairs and just watch tv. Its like you are working in BiG boss. Questions askes by management will be Why did you got up from your chair?. Why so much time for lunch? What are you chit chatting. Etc etc. A people with full of dirty things in their head. Please do not join. They give all big big jazz before joining and once you join, you come to know their true colour. Please please do not join and spoil your cariierr and life.
