      The water is close by and the location to PB is good.

      Cons

      Third Party Management companies have terribly reputations for being cheap. This company is no different.

      Great work environment and location

      Cons

      Managers are disconnected from their GM. Though they do daily meetings (which is too much), there is no real but in from the department . Everyone wears a fake smile.
