Cons

Policies are not consistent, don't change overnight, they believe in hiring and firing. Don't expect long term relations and join only if you have nothing.

The only reason you can actually stick to this company are the.employees, you will find amazing employees who will be willing to help you and.support you. For freshers it's quite beneficial in terms of learning a product

Cons

1. The management is heartless they do not care about their employees even a bit. They are rude and have some dumb rules which they.come up with 2. Forget about appraisals if you are planning to join this company 3. They have a time doctor installed in every employees personal laptop (which is a breach of personal space) which tracks time and productivity is measured by the amount of hours calculated in the time doctor. Due to which even if you have completed your work.early you cannot.log out but instead keep on moving your.mouse in order to track time so forget about flexible hours too 4. They will deduct your salary without even telling you or giving any prior notice PS - This is just not my experience speaking, its the overall generic truth.

Time doctor. Salary deduction without any reason. Rude manager. Chatu employees. Extended working hours. No respect for empoyees. HR and managers ask to put positive reviews on the internet.
