Toxic and fear based environment. If the head boss (no longer the owner) doesn't like you, he will allow others to bully you. Blatant favoritism for those who kiss booty and don't work hard, no management, no direction, no support, teamwork not encouraged, bullying from upper management, lots of promises that are NEVER kept.
