- extremely high turnover: go on linkedin and look at all the employees that have quit. average tenure is all less than 1 year (maybe ~6 months). reach out and any of them will be happy to tell you about their experience. it's a pattern i wish i didn't just chalk up to "it's a startup." talk to others and you'll see this level of turnover is unheard of
- intense politicking and favoritism at all levels, even among members of leadership. meaning if you are an IC you just get re-orged constantly depending on the whims of the exec team.
- overall lack of empathy from leadership. don't think they really care about their employees as humans
