Understaffed employees routinely work through breaks machinery runs poor at best disheartening as one employee put it.every employee I spoke with had no job satisfaction just a job.

Good quality product. Good benefits, but does not outweigh the bad situation.

Cons

The most unsafe, poorly lit, unkempt, unorganized, and poorly maintained facility I have ever seen. Change is very slow, most likely due to the bare-bones staffing, which is hard to retain due to the low pay. Good people are used until they are used up. Total lack of work-life balance, hypocritical upper management, and nepotism runs rampant. Asking questions or working on changes that affect family members can get you in deep trouble. The labor workforce is enthusiastic and engaged, but I feel sorry for those that think it is the greatest job in the world when there are workplaces that are so much better. Good luck.
