Paragon is the only locally owned and managed real estate company in San Francisco that conducts business across the entire City in all market segments – residential and luxury home sales, investment and commercial property sales and leasing, new home sales, rentals and mortgage lending.
Cons
Real Estate is not for everyone. You must be a 'self-starter,' know the San Francisco market like the back of your hand (how well do you know the back of your own hand?), be as empathetic as a best friend, creatively market as if you were Steve Jobs and navigate and negotiate as a great white. It's great to wear these hats at once, but it's not for the faint of heart.
