      A growing and exciting company. Outstanding employees who are recognized. Ever increasing repair capabilities gives us more opportunities to service our customers.

      Cons

      It is a fast-paced business. Those employees who can keep up with the pace and help take care of our customers will thrive and be rewarded. Those that can't might end up working for our competitors who don't have Paragon's high standards.
