Some friends I made here are some of my best friends.

When paragon owners started to become more hands on with the theater in Fredericksburg it started to become difficult to work. When that location was ran by Splitsville it was fine to work, managers hired by splits did an above average job, but once paragon started to get handsy it started to get stressful. Employee expectations went through the roof, quality of new hires dropped, management moral tanked, employee complaints were ignored, and so on.

get free movie tickets and even get to see big movies (marvel, etc.) before opening day at an employee showing. coworkers are great fun when you let it be

Cons

slow on weekdays, unless its summer, so you do mostly busy work cleaning (its not too bad) it's a minimum wage job, but I feel I do way too much to only be making 9.50

There are managers that have your back when it comes to irate customers, or with good ways to keep in check.

Cons

Upper management typically have their minds made up that we're all incompetent "children." Be aware of what will be asked of you for little pay, and few perks.
