      The management team are so unprofessional, and don't have a clue about managing teams. They have no idea on the direction of the business and pick and drop employees as they please if they do not fit into their boys club. Terrible toxic atmosphere, if you aren't liked you don't do well. Run by boys who have never had a previous job and don't know the first thing about business.

      They are a business at the end of the day and you are just a number. They will write you off like you are nothing in an irresponsible way and without following procedure, and you will have nightmares. Get everything in writing, speak directly to the managers, ask to see written notes to check they are a fair representation and don't disclose too much. Also, check their Glassdoor score on their website matches their actual score.
