      Money you can earn and most of the lads on the site

      Cons

      Health and safety is relevant when it comes from a manager and not the lads Managers talk to staff like dirt and treat them like it most the management haven't worked in industry before and are only in there positions as they are all mates No chance of progression in this firm or training unless your face fits You never know if your wages will be correct

      no pros it is like working with special needs children but with back stabbing. hr clueless new bloke trying to make a name for himself. long hours

      Cons

      backstabbing at the highest level from all types of people. rumour spreading its like kindergarden. bosses think they are world leaders a do as i say attitude 2 15 min breaks in 8 hour shift. people on phones all day gambling whilst turning oblivious to the dangers around them.
