      Pros

      You can dictate your own day. Pretty much got total control of your schedule

      Cons

      Everything. The job is a door to door business sales position. They won’t say those exact words during an interview. They will tell you that people advance to “leadership” positions but it’s just a title for someone to feel special. It’s no perks to being a “leader” just training new people.

      Pros

      The more experienced employees are always willing to help out the new guys. There is no sense of seniority on this team it’s all about teamwork and productivity. This extends from the management team all the way down to the entry level candidates.

      Cons

      The traffic is Philadelphia in the morning is a little unpredictable but I guess that is to be expected with such a big city.
