Pros

None I can mention. Best advice I can give is stay away.

Cons

WORST company to work for. They expect you to do the work of two people and pay you way less then other staffing agencies. It has been going down hill for the last 3 years. The old owners (Schuberts) really didn’t care about their employees. They couldn’t wait to retire and get out of the staffing business. We knew it was going to get worse when they left and most of us old timers are getting out of dodge! Most of management is bitter and is looking for other jobs and some are planning lawsuits against this company for back wages.

Pros

Wish i could find one

Cons

Lied about pay rate and job position. It happened to me twice with this agency! I kept the paperwork the second time so they had to pay me the original hourly amount after I had proof and called corporate headquarters. They are desperate for quality workers so they need to lie about hourly pay rate instead of paying fair market value for area. This happened at the Plainfield IN location so get everything in writing or get scammed. When i approached Tina in the office about the 1.00 difference in my hourly pay rate she told me to quit if i was not happy with it? Then i showed her the original paperwork with a 1.00 more an hour she still blew me off! Tina told me they called everyone but I never recieved a call and they knew where i worked to tell me the rate was different. After arguing with branch manager and calling corporate they eventually paid me and fired me the next week for "bad attitude"! If you bait n switch someones pay would you have a bad attitude?

Pros

Not to many Pros do to mention

Cons

This is a 1099 commission they offer $100 dollars after 7 hrs of work but talking on the phone doesn't mean your working so your retirement is 200 calls a day and then you get $100 and if you sell you get 200-250 in 1 deal that usually takes at least 1 month to see that reward if your lucky.
