The most important thing i want to mention here that if any employee is reviewing here their experience and that is obvious that it would be a negative comment (as nothing is good in this company), they just upload the positive comments by their own marketing team just to get down their real comments, you can check even also like if there is real negative comment then after next 2-3 days suddenly their is 4-5 positive comments back to back on same day. I mean how its possible dude. Everyone will show your real face. So, i seriously recommend not to work there, if you want to save your carrier, they just hire you when they need you that's it. Appraisal is also very worst there and purely depend on how much you can do buttering to the LALA (CEO of the Company).

Parangat is the worst company to work with. You can stay here if you don't want to work and just want to play games and watching videos on your smartphones. There is no work to do for employees. Because the CEO always say "New projects are in pipeline". Most of the employees pass their time by playing games on their mobiles and watching videos on youtube. and There are many employees who think they are the co-owner of the company and they know how to make fool the CEO of the company. The most used phrases is Today is your last day. You are fired. Note: Please don't go there for interview, they will select you and easily ruin your career. Join at your own risk.

This is a completely false review. Why will a company allow employees to sit idle and pay and let them play games? Every company finds out non performing employees and try with them once and if does not work out then discontinue with them as per rules defined globally. We provide great opportunity to learn for people who have positive mindset.

No Professionalism, Spoiled Personal Life

Worked as a graphic designer, but let me tell you, Owner and managers in the creative team are worthless, emotionless, mannerless people. They don't even know how to talk to their employees, how to treat them, he treats and considers them slave, no emotion and sympathy. This company is living hell and there is no work-life balance in this company because after joining this company your life will be hell. Management is not good. Upper lever management treats as labor. No training. senior management is so rude and didn't support anyone, partiality is one of the worst thing here. CEO would tell me that my work was not up to par but tell other employees I was doing great. CEO asks every time to do unethical things during work. The Team is full of non-technical people especially Senior Management.

This is a completely false review. We have equal strength of male and female in the company and any unethical thing happening with one or so employee will never stop rest employee to stay in company. On the contrary we have the best attrition rate company to similarly old company. We provide great opportunity to learn for people who have positive mindset.
