no pros to this company. Doesn't deserve a single star

Cons

Unorganized work load, too much work load. Cannot leave your work place. Cannot do any group discussions. No Experienced developers available to help you Management is not proper. Low salary to start up with (8 - 10 K). 2 years bond after that you cannot resign for 6 months and notice period is 3 months. no encouragement to developers. No facilities provided by company (No PF, No health insurance) No salary slip for first 6 months. After 6 months you will get salary slips but amount will not match account deposited. Salary not on time. Increments will not be made according to your performance it will be judged on how many hours you are in office. will get increment around 500 to 2000 for year, and also depends on managements mood. No leaves are allowed in this periods Directors and senior service provider blames and shouts on developers in front of whole team. No internet access, no mobile phone access in working area. Showed up for work 15 mins late it will be late marked and 3 late marks means deduction of half day salary. If you have to many late marks your salary will be done at the end of the month. If you leave office by 6 then also you will have problem from management and it is considered as you are not capable of work. No allowed breaks more than 10 min timing is fixed. No lunch break more than 30 mins timing fixed. No growth in career. No professional email access. If you resign from organisation management will treat you as caste away. There is no guarantee that your resignation get accept, if accepted they will not stick to the notice period they and you have agreed on papers. No guarantee you will be provided with relieving, experience or termination letter. Company rules and regulations changes without any prior notice or consent. You might have to work with unregistered company as this company has been divided into group of companies from which Eureka-D Soft and Paras Cadd are only registered company. Many IT companies like Accenture has Black Listed this company. Company will not help for background verification (it is sure your BGV will fail). No professional environment for working in every aspects. You have to works according to time estimations provided by non-technical person without any question if you fail to do that you are not capable to do work according to organisation. might have to work for 24-48 hrs continuously. Will ask to complete work by staying late night, but no transportation for late night working not for girls as well.

Pros

1- 5 min walking distance from Ghatkopar station. 2- No dress code. 3 - If you are chain smoker they you should definitely join this slavery house . you get one lunch brake so gradually you will stop smoking because you are not allowed to go out. Note- I tried my best to get some pros

Cons

This is the worst orgnizaion since the inception of mankind. 1- Management people abuses developer verbally for very silly reason . 2- You are not allowed to keep your mobile with you, you have to submit it at reception. 3-Each time you go out one have to put in and out time in register.(Lunch brake basically you get) 4-30 minute lunch brake, this is the only brake you get. 5- You don't get salary on time. 6-No salary slip for 6 month. 7- No internet access on your machine, they have one SUPER COMPUTER , If you need any help you need to go to that SUPER COMPUTER, search your query write it down in your book and then implement in your machine. If that solution does not work then repeat whole process again. 8- They have one toilet among 50 employees. 9-They ask your original marksheet and keep it with them for 2 years. 10-Salry they are giving is worst in industry. 11-They still work on out dated technology which has no use in the industry.

Worst Company, Management. All trouble start with 3 Round of Interview's. In these 3 round they look for Slaves not for Employee who can work all day and night. The best part of Company is the developer team but now the Management is try to make it worst as well by placing the idea of divide and rule. let Start the Company Journey, Once ur are selected as there slaves they will ask for Original certificate (i.e Any Board Exam Marksheet) while u submit those they are locked in there "TIJORI" for 2 year .Even if u required the Documents for any puropose u will not get it. the Rule for new employee no salary slip for 6 months, no paid leave for 1 year , no OT for 1 year ( even u have sit for 1 and half days (day-night-day) in office u have to be at office next day on time) , company have a strict time policy for coming to the office not for going ( if u come one min late they will cut ur half day salary ), No Internet on individual machine ,u can't carry ur Phone with u ( if ur family wanna talk to they need to find the company number after call on that number if the receptionist transfer the call to ur floor so u cna talk to them. Let talk about how the people Work there. The Requirement come to service team. they keep the requirement to themself insteaded of thinking on it (Except some serviceteam member).When the Client get angry ask to stop the money then the service team start the requirement process and ask the developers to complete the requirement in 3 to 4 days if it is a big requirement. while u work on those requirement someone from Management come in and say don;t do that do something else so u start working on the new thing. now u thing u have to do the new requirement but wait day not ended yet at evening u will get the fresh new requirement that u have to give in 2 days.after all these the developer seat more then 12 hours and do all the change and complete it. after all these they will ask u what happened to 1st requirement for which u have given a 3 to 4 days.so u have completed the 3rd requirment in 2 days after all u get 1 to 2 days to complete the 1st if it not complete the service team manger come and abuse the developer them.that not it u will to hear for 2nd requirement as well. and these will Continue everyday.
