Pros
- Fully Remotely - Salary in Dollars - Only good for part time or freelancing work.
Cons
- The Work is totally random - There's no any space to develop yourself because the company only focus on the delivery and customers - Communication is very bad - Company owners is not professional at all - The company owner say in a meeting that we are not a family and we are only employees and we have to stick to it :( - They might cut from your salary for no reason as what happened with me. - If you have a family and responsibilities and monthly expenses and you are looking for the stability then Parent is NOT an option for you. - It's totally Remotely but there's no any work and life balance because they have a tracking application and you have to finish 8 hours per day which will finish it at least in 10 or 12 hours per day - They don't care about your healthy even if you told them that you are sick they will never trust you and they will deduct from your salary if you didn't work. - Very high turnover because of the management - Most of the people inside the company need to leave the company but they are only waiting to get new opportunities.
