I loved the work being done through this organization, very worthy cause
Cons
Very small staff Hard to feel like a real impact was being made on the community since the impact was hard to track Leadership was just not there, I did not feel comfortable approaching management when encountered problems

*Able to work with multiple school districts *Opportunity to reach hundreds of parents across North Texas *Amazing community and corporate partners *Size enables person to learn multiple aspects of nonprofit work *Convenient location
Cons
*Small organization but that can also be a positive! *The organization runs on a Jan-Dec calendar instead of an academic calendar so at times it can be confusing working dates with schools.
