      Great parts of the culture mainly through team building activities. A great place for new grads to learn the benefits world.

      Cons

      management is not transparent Management and consultants have the ability to override an employer deal into the captive. Poor Pay.

      Pros

      Leadership from Gary is solid. However the dev leads put into managerial roles need a lot of work.

      Cons

      - Recruiters will say they are migrating to React - This is false. They are an angular shop with no plans to move over. - Macbooks are being phased out for Windows. - Teams are unorganized so you have work coming at you from multiple directions. - Management is green and does not allow for proper exploration of code. - Unlimited PTO is a scam. This will hurt your performance reviews. Overall its a small development team and they will squeeze you beyond working hours to get things done.
