This company is community focused. They bring in weekly lunches, plan fun activities for staff, have yearly team building events.
Cons
Follow up and follow through doesn't always happen, projects are acceptable with defects, priorities are out touch with the mission statement, management inefficient.

Pros
Family first attitude, fun days, excellent group of people, amazing owners that give back - this place has it all! Best bunch of people I've had the pleasure of working with.
Cons
Too much departmentalization at time - the tram works better if we all feel a part of rhe journey. This is getting better now I have to say - more so than in the past.
