      Pros

      Great atmosphere, they will work with anyone on schedule, decent pay, good managers that get forced to over work their people over because of day shifts under par workers

      Cons

      If you have a legit complaint they will make excuses for it regardless if you're right, work day shift if not you'll be cleaning up after them working mandatory overtime

      They have very good Benefits Medical, Dental, 401k, Accidental death, Short term and long term disability.

      Cons

      Once they realize what you are capable of they will give you the work to match. If you are in the same department as someone more than likely you will not have the same work load.
