Really good fun office atmosphere where everyone helps you if they can.
I came to Parity a year ago after working at another agency for over 10 years and was made to feel very supported and welcome by everyone from the CEO down. Parity have a very well established name in the market and I've found that this helps to open doors that aren't already open.
It's not a KPI machine, they let you do your job in a way that helps you get the most out of your market and provide lots of incentives including annual trips, lunch clubs, and team incentives to hit targets and earn meals/drinks and time off.
The potential to earn and the benefits are package are very good here and the annual sales convention is one of the best things I've experienced while working in recruitment. All in all, a great first year and I look forward to many more.
Cons
Not as much collaboration between offices as there could be
Permanent team is not as established as the contract team but this is an opportunity rather than a con.
Limited parking spaces so it's get in early or run the risk of parking offsite
I've worked at Parity Professionals for just under 2 years and really enjoy myself and my role here.
I find senior management really approachable and they've helped develop me from a Junior Recruiter to an expert in my market. One of the things I really like about working here is that you are autonomous and trusted to get on with your work, I appreciate this isn't for everyone but I can't stand being in a micro managed environment.
Working at Parity feels like being part of a big family and our annual sales kick off helps bring everyone together at least once a year which encourages us to work collaboratively and share ideas.
I feel like you are valued and rewarded if you work hard. I had my annual appraisal which recognised what I had achieved and received a pay increase to reflect my success.
Parity offers flexible working which is great for people with family commitments and shows that they trust you to get on with your work.
Other incentives include - trips abroad for top performers, vouchers & employee of the month award
Cons
Not enough office incentives
Not a con to me but you need to be able to use your initiative as it isn't an environment where your hand is held every minute of the day. Management are approachable and helpful but as in any recruitment job you need to have your own motivation to succeed.
