Pros

Overall, management doesn't micromanage workers and most managers are reasonable. Pay is on par if not a bit under what other similar companies pay. Benefits are good, and there is 401k matching. You only work Monday through Friday.

Cons

Upper management tends to hand down new policies and procedures last second with no direction and expects the lower level employees to be able to put them in place immediately without flaw.
