      Pros

      Receptionist: Answered phone calls. Nice Realtors. Very Helpful. Good for those wanting to be a realtor, or for students in college or for anyone not nessesarily needing the extra income. Hours either PT 8-1 or 1-6 occasional saturday.

      Cons

      Pay is only $8. Can be real slow with nothing to do. Pay increase to $8.50 after three months. Couldn't survive with the pay.

      My experience at Parks Jones Realty was disappointing.

      Pros

      Some very nice people work at Parks Jones Realty. The office is a comfortable work setting. The owner is a very good man with good values.

      Cons

      Some of the staff need to be trained or replaced. I do not think that the owner is aware of everything that happens in the office.
