Pros

Salary on time that is the only pro in the company.

Cons

Unclear expectations , random approach, lack of serious communication between top level people like amit lakhotia and a random field Engineer or sales person. Altered data presentation in Monday and quarterly meeting. Guys like supesh are involved in such activities including some zonals. Being part of the team I have seen this in back to back two quarterly reviews. Politics in every part of the process. No one tried to find the solution to the problems but expect their fresh employee to do everything right. Too many loop holes in all the process. None of the process is working smoothly and due to which everything is getting delayed. Lot of their big society and corporate are now removing their products due to poor service and different rate for every customer. Lot of unnecessary politics behind the doors and lack of appreciation along with abusive behaviour from VP Mr. So called CAPTAIN is forcing people to quit. Unnecessary policies are made on every Monday review but by the end of the day no one cares to follow it. Product managers are literally harassing the old but gold employees. If you have a good career and looking forward to change never consider this firm. They will not provide you traning and put you on work directly They will not even provide you experience letter and other things when you will leave the organisation.

Pros

Salary on time. that's it.

Cons

First they will tell you there is five days work policy. After joining they will ask you to work on every Saturday even on Sunday if sales/ops teams found some technical issue thats why new people are leaving in just 10-15 days. There is no work life balance, not at all. They treat their people like slaves and wanted them to finish the impossible work with no time. No proper planning for the feature development. HR team is worthless. No policies. They can't take any stand in front of upper management even HR people got scolded for such a small issue only office politics. They can fire you with no time even if you are the permanent employee. Lot of work pressure. Unexpected deadlines. They are releasing new feature without proper testing because sales team already committed the deadline for the client. All the good reviews of app in playstore and app store is written by their own employee and their relatives. Designers are also dumb just copying the Zomato UI.

Pros

None Whatever positive things you see in the comments are the ones HR has forced the current employees to put. Also they have re-branded themselves as Park+ , its the same organization

Cons

The company was took over by its investor from its founders and eventually the founder are employees of this firm with ESOPs I guess. CEO( ex- investor) is a pure lala guy. Broken product. founders try to save their bit from CEO's bashing by blaming things on employees under them More politics than work Some people at strategic level are worse than entry level employees, competence wise in any other firm. There is some mess in every Start-up and that's the fun of working in it. But mess here is hazardous to health and career development.
