Parlux LLC is a great place to work in south Florida. Hard working and dedicated staff.

Cons

Is owned by Perfumania. They are slow to make decisions and too much red tape for the simplest thing to be done.

Cool products and projects, prestige, access to opportunities

Cons

Horrible, and I mean abysmal, upper management in the marketing team. Extremely low morale among multiple members of the team when it comes to culture, including VPs, and it all trickles from the top down.
