      Pros

      The recent changes in Upper Management are helping the Company to become a great performer. Great place to work with great work environment and ethics. Management walk the talk and roll their sleeves when needed.

      Nice Office Quarterly bonus's Free drinks and snacks

      Cons

      Very poor senior management Lack of Integrity Very political and a big boys club Toxic environment- figure pointing and not allowed to make a mistake. Not receptive of upward feedback (CEO and COO) There is a sense of bullying by certain Senior Management (from Director level and above)
