You get to work with a lot of great brands like Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Mattel etc.

Cons

Pay is low and no employee benefits No growth because the company is very small You are expected to do a lot more than your job role Micromanagement Things/Data/Processes are not defined Expected to work beyond your hours

The people are amazing. I loved how you are not micro-managed. They had trust and they left you to manage your workload by yourself which is the most productive way for me.

Cons

A bit too free. Not clear guidance.
