Pros
Some fantastic and supportive colleagues. Other than that, a regular paycheck and benefits that got worse every year. Do not make waves. Know your place and always tell your leader "yes" to whatever they want to hear. Greed is the true spirit of Parsec. Lack of human resources and work-related ethics, empathy, and honesty.
Cons
Zero Collaboration, Zero Direction, Zero Leadership. Where to start? Management doesn't hesitate to screw anybody over, whether partners, customers or employees, to increase (his and her) pockets. Constantly Changing directions every quarter. Leadership does not follow through or efficiently communicate its vision. I could go on and on.... Best of Luck.
