      There are some great people on this team.

      Cons

      The dysfunction of the executive team permeates the culture. Controlling, fractured leadership, and changing priorities made this job unbearable. Chief Ed Officer typifies a “toxic” leader - not worth any salary offered.

      - Lack of mentorship and growth opportunities - Lack of expertise - Huge egos from some management, difficult to work with - Very discouraging management style, not supportive - Imposes strange books and frameworks on staff, creates sense of exclusivity and division amongst employees
