      Nice colleagues, heavy workload, and autocratic boss

      luckily nice colleague in my team and helpful, fun to work with and learned a lot about the accounting system and relevant knowledge

      Cons

      - family business: limited development - autocratic style: don't really have a say in decision / recommendation, boss's harsh and disrespectful comments towards employees - horribly difficult to pass the probation period: over 2-hours of presentation and q&a - lack of benefits: only 1 day of SL

      Pros

      I've been working with Parsons for over 16 years and am so thankful to all staff who have been extremely supportive and respectful in my education journey. The Company has helped me through my ups and downs in my life when I most needed an income, so thank you.

      Cons

      Some teaching equipment is a little old and ruined, best to be replaced. There are literally no benefits as teachers are contractors.
