Pros

An awesome place to work if you want your day to day work to be varied and constantly changing. You are given high level responsibilities even at more junior/mid level positions and asked to grow into them, you learn a lot very quickly and have the freedom to craft new ways of working and thinking about growing client's businesses. There is a strong emphasis on professional development and a generous budget to pursue whatever is interesting to you if it can help you internally or externally. There is a high degree of freedom and you never feel like someone is watching over you. The only expectation is to produce high quality work and push the thinking of the team forward. If you do that you are rewarded with more responsibility and people management opportunities.

Cons

If you need a high level of structure in your role, P+S is a difficult place to start. If you are looking for a place to be an intrapreneur and see a direct impact as a result of your work it is an awesome place to build a career.

Pros

The POV Part and Sum has on how to help a client grow is very unique; you get to create the "big picture" and then actually bring it to life. The clients and projects are really interesting The team is full of smart and kind people. Company leadership is invested on employee growth and well being.

Cons

I can honestly say I don't see any cons. It really is the best place I've ever worked (culture, team, clients, projects and leadership).

Pros

People: You couldn't have found a better group of people to work with! They're talented, kind, and supportive. Jim and Julie are always there for your professional growth and check on you from a personal level. Work: They're helping you to become a solid T shape Strategist. You'll be working with two retainer clients and often one project on the side. You get to practice the consulting skill and specific strategic skills around UX, brand, communication, and innovation. Environment It's hybrid and flexible. You can choose how often you want to work at a co-working space and how long you want to work from home.

Cons

A high level of autonomy isn't for everyone, but it's a special place for the right people.
