      The office is dog friendly

      Cons

      Teams within clicks, if your face doesn't fit, you will not last, your work is not reflected as yours, credit is taken by management and your colleagues have their own agendas against eachother.

      Used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Panicked decision making. Toxic culture in the business. Lots of good people fired with no notice or warning, others choosing to leave and move onto somewhere better.
