      Pros

      Great group of people to work with who are excited about the products and work hard to make the company successful. On-site, free health clinic for employees and families!

      Cons

      Some managers are spectacularly poor and more likely to replace you than work with you on issues (they prefer managing projects to managing people). These managers see their employees as easily replaceable, with no respect for the level of experience or knowledge needed to perform their jobs. Loyalty and hard work are not necessarily rewarded. Most jobs have a heavy workload.

      + Benefits are pretty good, with an onsite Clinic.

      Cons

      -Management does not care about employee satisfaction, job retention, or career aspirations. They only care about making THEIR bonuses. - Working in Boulder is horrible. Constant construction and high costs. - A LOT of backstabbing and resentment between departments

      Dedicated people (not management). Company still has a name in the market despite its current situation of so many people who have left

      Cons

      Management is condescending, lacking any clear direction and only care about a bottom line, key people and positions are dropping like flies and are not being replaced . People are overwhelmed and overworked. They make money only because of market demand
