Strong leadership team, hard working but fun culture and infinite career opportunities. The annual 2 week "desk surf" at any office around the world definitely one of the perks of the job!
Cons
Global means early and late calls some times - however these days the working hours have become more fluid and flexible so late calls one night might mean a sleep in the following morning.
