The owner, Deb is deceitful, uses her power for intimidation, and does not have a good heart. She is after money....not to help the kids....and anyone who gets in her way......

The children are incredible. Watching them learn and grow is what kept me there. My coworkers have become great friends. I've learned a lot about where I want to be and what I want to be doing.

Cons

Therapy staff are not supported by the upper management/admin staff. CEO's only care about making money. They only focus is on the business scope, there is no focus or support in regard to the growth or benefit of the children or families. CEO's are not involved in anything and most employees wouldn't even know who they were if they saw them in the hall. Even with a graduate degree or extra certifications there is no way to move up in the company or get raises. They absolutely don't care whether or not you stick around. I know of multiple people, myself included, who were told they'd "been there too long." Which was also how they justified me not getting a raise upon earning a masters degree. If you have any kind of issue, there is absolutely no one to go to because all of the supervisors talk about everyone and never keep anything confidential.

Flexible - OK benefits - co workers were great.

Cons

Not a good working environment. Owner is too controlling and didn't understand everything it took to do your job. Not respectful to employees at all. Asked for a piece of the pie but in actuality wanted the whole pie. 1 person was to do 4 peoples job and was expected to do everything on time.
