Cons

Work-Life Balance: The workload is overwhelming, and although overtime is not explicitly requested, employees are indirectly pressured through constant questioning and accusations regarding any delays or missed KPIs. Unrealistic Expectations: The volume of work assigned is often unreasonable, leading to stress and burnout which show in the high turnover. Questionable Policies: Employees are asked to use vacation time for company-paid training, which feels unfair and discouraging. Toxic Environment: The team culture lacks collaboration.
