Positions are underpaid for direct service providers, remote work policy is not unilaterally applied to all staff. Management is inexperienced, and unable to adhere to most basic employment laws when it comes to staff pay, while being condescending and uncooperative. Morale is extremely low, there is no trust between management and direct service providers. Ongoing DEI issues, lack of transparency about hiring and retention, and retaliation against staff who voice concerns. No prospective salary increases, and little support offered to pre-licensed clinicians without significant advocacy on their parts. Clients seemed somewhat satisfied with services received because providers deeply care about the work, but there is no support from management and burn out abounds.
