This company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. For years now, they’ve been hiding behind the same tired excuse that their phone lines “don’t work” and that they’re somehow unable to call customers back. In today’s world, that excuse is beyond ridiculous — every other business manages just fine, but apparently this one has been stuck in the dark ages for years.
On top of that, they don’t stand behind their own discounts or promotions. They make you go through the entire process of placing an order, only to cancel it and issue a refund later, wasting your time and tying up your money. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s deceptive.
A parts supplier should be reliable, transparent, and accountable. This company is none of those things. Between the excuses, the lack of communication, and the shady way they handle discounts, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of other suppliers out there who actually value their customers — save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
